Once we agreed the conditions of car and maximum bidding price
are agreed by both parties, we will issue a proforma invoice.
We will require you to pay 20% of the estimate C&F price as
a deposit.
We must be very careful for bidding in auction, because once we
buy car from auction, we can not cancel and we have to pay the
full amount of money to auction house. No cancellation is allowed.
If we don’t pay the money to auction house, we will get a penalty
and will not be allowed to join auction. Those are the reasons
why we ask you to pay 20% of deposit before a bid.
The balance must be paid before we arrange a shipment to your destination country. |

Auction houses locate everywhere in Japan.
The price depends on the size of the car and distance from auction
house to port.

| d)Custom clearance |
| Custom in Japan will charge JPY15,000.- per car. |
| e)Ocean freight |
Depends on the port, size of the car and exchange currency, the
price is different.
We can accept both Ro-ro line and container.
We will inform you the ocean freight. |
| f)Our Commission |
We take commission per successful bidding.
We provide a smooth service to deliver your car. |
Example___ If the final price of the car is less than JPY500,000
our commission is JPY60,000.- |

Basically No cancellation is accepted in any case.
If you have a serious reason to cancel the purchase, please let us
know. |
